This host absolutely saved the day! After calling multiple van rental companies, we found out everything was completely booked because of Lollapalooza. As a last resort, I checked Turo and found the only van available for our girls' trip to the Amish Market in Shipshewana.
I was a little hesitant at first since we usually rent through traditional van companies, but this ended up being one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The van was spotless, spacious, and incredibly easy to find at the airport.
The host went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from helping me locate the van to making the entire process stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I can't thank them enough for helping make our trip happen. I would absolutely rent from them again!

The van was clean, spacious, and the high roof made it very comfortable for our family road trip. The entire experience was great, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
One of the best features of this van was the support handles and the automatic retractable step, which made it much easier for the seniors in our group to get on and off the van safely and comfortably. These thoughtful accessibility features really stood out and made a big difference during our trip.
We also added the pickup and drop-off service, which was extremely convenient. It saved us time and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, this was a great rental experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others, especially families traveling with seniors.
