SUV rental in Park Ridge, IL

The vehicle was Great everything was working properly and very clean. This was an excellent decision for are family trip to Cedar Point, OH. Communication was great and it was simply going through the rental process. We were even give some grace after arriving late due to an accident on the road. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future!

Great car, clean, comfortable and well-cared for. Had the correct child car seat (add-on) inside, which is always great. Host was very nice, attentive and replied quickly to answer questions. Pickup and drop-off were easy in the short-term parking for Terminal 1 of ORD. Only thing I wish the hosts (not unique to this host but also others at ORD) would put on the listing for renters to be aware of ahead of time is the parking fee. It was $10 to exit the parking garage and not sure how much more it could be if your flight is late since I believe it's hourly. Also she had trouble with the app and was unable to adjust the price to reflect my weekly rate when I extended one day, but I think she was new to Touro and still learning so probably won't be an issue in the future. Overall, great experience and would definitely rent again!

Toyota Highlander from Shaz yesterday, and it was a great experience. The vehicle was very clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Shaz was friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process easy. I highly recommend renting from him and would definitely do it again!

Incredible customer service, great guy, very nice car. I originally booked a different car from Empire for my trip, but right before my trip was supposed to start, a previous renter returned that car in an unusable condition. Empire proactively contacted me, explained the situation and offered to upgrade me to this Mercedes for the same price and mileage allowance, giving me a seamless experience and a very nice car. After meeting in person, its very clear he really cares about his customers and cars. The car was cean and in excellent condition, when I arrived for pick up he had even gotten the car warmed up for me. I will certainly be a repeat customer whenever I come through Chicago. -Thank you!!

Terry was an awesome host! He met us at the airport doors when we landed with the car! Made it super easy to leave the airport after a long flight. Departure was just as easy, he was standing at the terminal waiting on us, we jumped out and grabbed our bags and were ready to go…no long car rental lines!! The car was in great shape and kept super clean. When we needed to contact him during the trip and to let him know we were getting to the airport a little early, he was quick to respond and always super helpful. We will definitely rent from him again the next time we are in Chicago!

This was the BEST car rental experience I’ve ever had. And I’ve tried many services among many different cities. I’m a Subaru owner myself so I knew was I was getting into but for this rental being a Turo rental — this Subaru was very very well maintained. Plus the all weather floor covers were stress relieving for renting during the colder months. Brothers Rental was more than accommodating. They helped us when they found out our original reservation cancelled on us mid flight and when our flight kept getting delayed. The vehicle itself was PERFECT. Very clean, very comfortable and drove so smooth. The moon roof was large and even went as far back to the captains chairs. We only needed three seats so folding the third row made it very comfortable fitting our three luggages, three carry-on’s and the extra seat for our backpack. The car is CarPlay equipped. We have yet to receive our toll charges but I will be back to inform on the cost from N Chicago to Downtown over 4 days. We were worried the 600-800 miles wouldn’t be enough but parking in Downtown Chicago was expensive. We learned to use SpotHero for (extreme) price difference. And just got an all day pass to get around town. We only ended up using around 400 and sum miles. overall. When I come back to Chicago, I pray and hope Brothers Rental Subaru is available. I will 100% be looking to book with them again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and reliable car with an owner who makes this simple and clear — this is it. Great clean car for a family trip to Chicago. It's well maintained and had ample seating. It is worth noting that 7 seats would result in a very small trunk space. It you planned to use 7 seats + luggage for a trip from airport it would not be possible.
