Impressed with CarRoro. Picked up and dropped off at ORD Terminal 2 by shuttle van to their lot of cars; took 10-15 minutes. Very convenient. Super friendly driver. Car was as described. Higher mileage than the car rental companies, but car worked without problems. Rented for 4 days for work. Price much lower than rental car companies. Great experience. Would rent from again without hesitation.

During our trip, we had to change our drop-off time a few different times, and they were extremely flexible and understanding every step of the way. Communication was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The vehicle they provided was clean, comfortable, and very reliable throughout our trip. Beautiful and smelt great. Own BMW’s and this one is in tip-top shape and drove amazing. Drop off was amazing walked out it was there front and center. VIP type service. Get some sports cars AWD so I can get those when I come back.

Great rental experience! The Tesla was fun to drive, and the self driving feature was especially convenient. The car’s color/wrap really stood out from other Teslas and got several compliments. The host was very communicative and even asked which airport terminal I was arriving at so they could leave the car in the closest lot, a small detail I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend and rent again!
