This trip convinced me to always use Turo. I initially chose this because of the price, but the quality of the car and most of all the convenience of pick up and drop off at the gates is far superior to using a regular rental car company. George was kind, understanding, and very quick with communication.

Can was a great host!!! Our previous rental cancelled on us the day before our flight. We were devastated but CAN’s vehicle was available at a great price! He gave us great instructions on pick up and drop off which made our trip stress free. Thank you we look forward to booking again!!!

The vehicle was amazing as well as the customer service I received from the time of reservation to return. I would definitely rent from this host again.

Great car. Great communication from owner. Good price. Would rent from owner again.

Great price for really economical vehicle. Host very helpful through the check in check out and directions process. Made clear communications regarding airport parking pick and drop off directions . Made our trip a ni headache arrival and departure
Toyota Highlander from Shaz yesterday, and it was a great experience. The vehicle was very clean, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. Shaz was friendly, professional, and made the whole rental process easy. I highly recommend renting from him and would definitely do it again!

Incredible customer service, great guy, very nice car. I originally booked a different car from Empire for my trip, but right before my trip was supposed to start, a previous renter returned that car in an unusable condition. Empire proactively contacted me, explained the situation and offered to upgrade me to this Mercedes for the same price and mileage allowance, giving me a seamless experience and a very nice car. After meeting in person, its very clear he really cares about his customers and cars. The car was cean and in excellent condition, when I arrived for pick up he had even gotten the car warmed up for me. I will certainly be a repeat customer whenever I come through Chicago. -Thank you!!

Car quality was great, very clean ride, pickup location was straight forward and easy, price of rental was very reasonable

The vehicle was Great everything was working properly and very clean. This was an excellent decision for are family trip to Cedar Point, OH. Communication was great and it was simply going through the rental process. We were even give some grace after arriving late due to an accident on the road. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future!
I was lucky enough to be able to book this vehicle just in time for my family trip after my car gave out it was extremely reliable comfortable, and most of all it took us towards our destination. I would definitely rebook again very pleasant to deal with thanks again!!!
Great car. Vehicle was in great condition. The process and price were very good.
Very satisfied with the price, how clean the car was,and how easy was to get in touch with Jon.

Had the pleasure of being the first renter. Vehicle was perfect for my trip. Very good on gas. Has navigation that came in handy. Cheyenne and her husband were very easy to deal with and made our trip amazing. Will definitely rent from them again.

The car ran smooth, however the tire pressure light stayed on the entire time of the trip even after air was added to the tire. It didn't take away from the car's quality but did make a little nervous. Overall, it was a great rental experience. Would rent again.

Great car and an excellent rental experience! The car drove great, was clean, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off at the airport were incredibly easy and convenient, making the whole process stress-free. Would definitely rent this car again. Highly recommend!
