Impressed with CarRoro. Picked up and dropped off at ORD Terminal 2 by shuttle van to their lot of cars; took 10-15 minutes. Very convenient. Super friendly driver. Car was as described. Higher mileage than the car rental companies, but car worked without problems. Rented for 4 days for work. Price much lower than rental car companies. Great experience. Would rent from again without hesitation.
This trip convinced me to always use Turo. I initially chose this because of the price, but the quality of the car and most of all the convenience of pick up and drop off at the gates is far superior to using a regular rental car company. George was kind, understanding, and very quick with communication.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Car Rental Experience in Chicago! We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting our vehicle while visiting Chicago. Raquel and Ovidiu were both incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from beginning to end. During our trip, we had to change our drop-off time a few different times, and they were extremely flexible and understanding every step of the way. Communication was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The vehicle they provided was clean, comfortable, and very reliable throughout our trip. They were also right on time when we arrived at the airport, which made everything so much easier after traveling. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. If we ever return to Chicago and need a rental vehicle, I would absolutely rent from Raquel and Ovidiu again without hesitation. Had the pleasure of being the first renter. Vehicle was perfect for my trip. Very good on gas. Has navigation that came in handy. Cheyenne and her husband were very easy to deal with and made our trip amazing. Will definitely rent from them again.
The car ran smooth, however the tire pressure light stayed on the entire time of the trip even after air was added to the tire. It didn't take away from the car's quality but did make a little nervous. Overall, it was a great rental experience. Would rent again.
