Thankfully after an unfortunate debacle with a different host concerning a different reservation, they had a car available.
I needed to make a change on pick up time and he made it very easy .
Brutalia graciously swapped out a Honda Accord for the Tesla when I needed to extend my original reservation.
Additionally, your vehicles are among the best available on the platform!
Great host, hard to finding parking when your trip ends and you have to find a spot to park the car.
They had clear and concise instructions, and they even included a gas station address close to pickup/dropoff so if you forget to gas up or throw out trash, you can easily do so before you finish your trip!
Super easy to deal with, responsive, answered all questions respectfully.
Lovely car. Great communication from host. Highly recommend the car and host
Excellent and friendly owner very much. Very decent! Nice as smooth to drive on a roadtrip
