Albert was incredibly friendly, courteous, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond to help us. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, comfortable, and drove beautifully. It was exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. The car was great, as was Nosson! There was a small "issue" that was caused by a previous renter (wrong fuel type used so it flared up some diagnostic codes, however nothing was actually wrong with the car itself), but it was communicated to me, it was a quick fix, and eventually resolved itself throughout my trip. Nosson was very communicative, helpful, and kind, highly recommend renting from him!

Rented a Toyota Prius C on Turo for driving around downtown Chicago and it turned out to be the perfect city car. Its compact size made parking in tight downtown spots incredibly easy — I was able to fit into spaces I would normally pass up with a larger vehicle. It definitely made city driving a lot less stressful. The gas mileage was also excellent; even after driving around the city all day, the fuel gauge barely moved. Note to other guests: you may hear a slight rattling noise when turning sharply at higher speeds. It’s just from the extra protective cover underneath for the hybrid system. Thanks to Ha for the heads-up beforehand — no need to worry if you notice it. Great host and very practical car. Would definitely rent again!
