Outstanding! Can’t say enough great things about the host. My uncle passed away unexpectedly during the reservation and Albert let me extend the rental a few times to comfort my mother which made all the difference to me and her. Not many folks are business savvy, providing exceptional services AND human beings these days so I super appreciated him going the extra mile and providing a vehicle on short notice to see my uncle and also allowing me the flexibility to extend for unforeseen circumstances. Can’t say enough good stuff about the service behind the actual car itself. Also, car had great mileage as other reviewers had noted. It was clean and easy to drive, like all Prius vehicles. For the price and the mileage, realistically this is a car you want in the city of Chicago, and surrounding suburbs as it’s fuel efficient in rush hour traffic, parks well in tight spaces, and drives easily down narrow city neighborhoods streets. Pick up and drop off were super convenient as well, I felt confident and safe throughout the process, as pickup/drop-off were at an auto shop during business hours. Would definitely rent this vehicle or with Albert again.

Rented a Toyota Prius C on Turo for driving around downtown Chicago and it turned out to be the perfect city car. Its compact size made parking in tight downtown spots incredibly easy — I was able to fit into spaces I would normally pass up with a larger vehicle. It definitely made city driving a lot less stressful. The gas mileage was also excellent; even after driving around the city all day, the fuel gauge barely moved. Note to other guests: you may hear a slight rattling noise when turning sharply at higher speeds. It’s just from the extra protective cover underneath for the hybrid system. Thanks to Ha for the heads-up beforehand — no need to worry if you notice it. Great host and very practical car. Would definitely rent again!

Overall, the car got from A to B, and back, in good form, but minor issues were: the front of the car needed car mats, as the floor was -very- slippery. A few hours into the trip, a tire pressure indicator light appeared on the dash, even though the weather wasn't cold and the tires looked and felt fine. Other than that, the car performed well.

Car is in great shape and drives so smoothly. Interior is very clean! We will return as customers again when we need a larger car for our family. We packed a pack and play, 6 carry on roller bags (in the trunk), 6 totes/backpacks (in the car), a travel size stroller (under the baby’s car seat), a travel size high chair seat, two large car seats, and everything fit just fine! No one was cramped or crowded. GREAT vehicle!
