The rental instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Car was in great condition and worked wonderfully. I will definitely use them again when in Chicago.

Was looking for a car with easy pickup at O’Hare. This was not it. Car is at an offsite parking lot and my 9:00pm arrival was after their shuttle stopped. Had to take a $20 cab ride and the cabbie got lost (cabbies fault) so wasn’t the easy experience I was looking for. If I knew ahead of time, would have picked a different car.

Since your flight arrived at 9:00 PM, outside of our shuttle hours, we provided FREE parking at our lot by the airport. The ride is only about 5 minutes, typically costing around $10 via Uber.
You’re actually saving money because you don’t have to pay the $40 airport parking fee. The pickup process is also much easier, as the vehicle is parked directly in the front.
