Would rent another vehicle very clean

Passenger seat belt was not working at all .
Inside smell bad

Communication with the host was great. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not meet our expectations. We loss power steering at one point and the transmission was slipping. I didn't trust it for the long distance drive. Turo and the host promptly responded to help resolve the issue.

Terrible. If I could give zero I would. Instructions to car sent us on 45 min search. Car smelled moldy, old and there was NO key in it. They forgot to leave the key. We were stuck on the phone with the hosts and Turo in Ohare until 1am for 3 hours with a family of 5 looking for another rental. And a 2 hour drive ahead of us. Terrible. Worst experience ever! First and last experience trying Turo.

We sincerely apologize for mistakenly taking the key with us and understand the inconvenience it caused. The parking instructions provided were the same instructions we routinely provide to our guests without issue. We were also surprised by the comment about the vehicle’s smell, as we have not received similar complaints, and the very next guest left a 5-star review.
