The host and car were great! The car was clean and exactly as pictured. The host was very clear with instructions and wonderful with communication. I will rent again next time we’re in Chicago!

Mini van was perfect for what we needed! Good on gas. Roomy enough for 7 passengers and bags. Kids in the third row were comfortable. Easy process. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Since my pickup was at the airport, I did have to pay $15 to exit the lot, however, this was noted in the rental agreement, so it wasnt a big suprise to me. I give it a 4.9 because I had to vacuum the inside out when i picked it up because previous renter didn't. The owner responded right away, apologized, and told me where I could take it, and no, i didn't have to pay anything to get it cleaned. Unlike the previous renter, upon returning the van, I did make sure it was cleaned so the next renter can enjoy it as much as my family did! Thank you Edward. I will definitely keep your vehicle in mind next time I need a rental. You and the mini were great!
