Excellent service close loop communication vehicle in excellent shape and pick up and drop of from o hare were on time would definitely use again when in Chicago.

All good. Car drove nicely
Alfredo I delivered the van at 1am. Your original trip start was at 10am because your flight was constantly moved and you ended up getting another flight. You should be grateful that you didn’t have to pay parking fees for being late.
I had to change the pick up instructions because another guest arrived at the same time and I told you about it. If I would know about your late arrival much earlier I would ask someone for help!
