I appreciate you being a good guest but by the way when I got back into the vehicle you had the heater on not the AC. That’s why you felt that the AC wasn’t working.
The car was exactly what we needed for our trip to Chicago. Enough room for the family in a reliable vehicle at a good price. Host was very easy to communicate with.

The car is worn but other reviews said that so we knew. Host was very easy to communicate with, met us at the departure level of the airport for both pick up and drop off which was very convenient.
The car's warning light that it needed an oil change was on, and we ended up having to inflate the tires when a warning light came on which is why I didn't give it 5 stars.
But overall, it was a good rental and host was easy to work with.
