The vehicle itself was fine, but my experience with the rental process was disappointing. After booking, I was charged an additional $100 delivery fee that was not clearly disclosed when I made the reservation. Had I known about this charge upfront, I would have simply picked up the van myself since the location was nearby.
When I questioned the fee, the host stated that Turo was responsible for the charge. However, after contacting Turo directly, I was informed that the delivery fee was set by the host, not Turo. I followed up with the host regarding this discrepancy but never received a response.
Transparency regarding fees is important when booking a rental, and unfortunately that was lacking in this experience.

The car was immaculate and in great condition. Pick up and drop off were both very easy and the host was very responsive. Would rent again!!

Tien went out of his way to accommodate changes to our schedule. Picked up vehicle at airport and it was right outside the baggage claim door. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Would use again.
