Perfect rental!! The car rental chains at the airport were all booked up for Chicago Marathon weekend. This was a better deal anyways--seamless pickup at the airport--great car, amazing customer service, and no issues. Would rent again!
Great car rental experience! The A/C worked great, and I loved the power and muscle of the car. It was also very roomy and comfortable, even for my 6'2" son. The shuttle service was excellent, and our driver was friendly, sincere, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent again.
Every time I rent a car in Chicago, I always use Turo and these guys in particular!!! There have been flight cancellations and other challenges I’ve had and they always make it work for me! Outstanding service, friendly care and excellent vehicles! Five stars!
This was a great SUV, spacious, great gas mileage, smooth ride, however my only comment is that it only supports Android Auto when plugged into the type-C connection. I most definitely recommend this SUV.
I had an excellent trip. Communication and commitment from the owners to my trip being successful was very evident. I would rent a car from them again in a heart beat. Thank you!
Smooth pickup and drop-off! The car was super clean and drove like a dream. Host was very communicative and made the whole process seamless. Would definitely rent from them again!
Everything was excellent!!! Would rent again. I thought the car was at the airport, but it was in a parking lot near the airport. They have a shuttle for regular hours. We arrived at midnight, so we took an Uber . Everything was great!
The car is great for getting you to point a and point b the hosts were super accommodating and I would suggest anyone looking to rent a car to check them out
Car was beautifully maintained Service was responsive and smooth The Nissan Z was truly a fun car to take with my son on our first road trip together! Thank you and if the car is available, next time I come, I’ll rent it again!!
Came for my birthday/business trip. Great little car. No issues, smooth and quick pick up from the airport. Would rent again.
Car was in great condition and drove well. Host was efficient and responsive. Would rent again.
I would definitely rent this Nissan kicks again! It was super easy pickup! The car was clean and drove like a dream! Super responsive host!!
Always an amazing host and the only person I will ever rent a car from with Turo when I am Chicago, I think this is the third or fourth time so highly recommended thank you again for your stress-free rental sir!
Everything was amazing. This was my first rental car ever and I’m a 25 yo girl! It was so easy and safe. I came to the airport, their shuttle picked me up in 5 min, the driver was so nice, it was very clean. Took me right to the car, handed me the keys. Super easy, great Nissan. Sick as hell. Would totally rent from them again, way cheaper than enterprise.
Car was in great condition, I could tell that it had been freshly cleaned for my use. The pick-up was really easy and efficient and the drop off was equally seamless. I really enjoyed the shuttle service that picked us up from the airport. The person working was really friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend who uses a scooter for mobility to get into the shuttle. It worked out in the end, but if you are needing assistance to get in a vehicle keep in mind that the shuttle is pretty tall! I ended up dropping my friend off at the airport first before returning the car on the way back since we thought it would be much easier for both, rather than having to transfer her into the shuttle again. The shuttle service back to the airport was much faster because of O’hare’s airport traffic and made getting to the airport very easy. All in all a great experience with CarRoro and would use them again for a car rental next time I’m in Chicago.
Max is a fantastic host. The car was clean and good condition. We had no issues with the car or communicating with Max. I would definitely rent the car again with him. Thank you!
