This was my first time using TURO and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The host was very responsive to all my questions. The pickup and drop off were very smooth and simple. The host provided all instructions. The van was perfect for our group and the car seat was a great option for our toddler. I would highly recommend using Minwoo for any Chicago rental needs!
