Great van to drive a crowd around the Bay Area. Joe and Zaid were super helpful with tips for parking and locator the car even before I landed. Very responsive and the vehicle was clean, easy to drive and exactly fit our needs. Would definitely rent again!

The pick up location was two or three minutes outside the terminal, and very easy to find. The car was great and got amazing gas mileage. Cold AC during the heat wave. Returning the car was just as simple. Communication with Pacific was friendly, accurate, and rapid. Excellent customer service. I can definitely recommend Pacific for a car rental, plus it was the best price of anything I found with no compromise.
