The pick up location was two or three minutes outside the terminal, and very easy to find. The car was great and got amazing gas mileage. Cold AC during the heat wave. Returning the car was just as simple. Communication with Pacific was friendly, accurate, and rapid. Excellent customer service. I can definitely recommend Pacific for a car rental, plus it was the best price of anything I found with no compromise.

Host was great! Gave detailed instructions on how to pick up the minivan at San Francisco airport. The Odyssey was in excellent condition and drove great, nothing wrong with it. I would definitely rent from them again!

Overall, it was a great experience! The host was very friendly, communicated well, and made the whole process easy. The car was exactly as expected, and everything went smoothly. The only small issue was that the windshield washer fluid was empty, which we only noticed when we needed it. It wasn’t a big deal, just something to keep in mind for future renters. Other than that, I would definitely rent from this host again!
