Great car, good gas mileage, it was ideal. Communication could be improved. We didn’t receive the lockbox code to get the car keys until 20 mins after our reservation started. We also found an empty bag from the Apple Store in the trunk of the vehicle as we were putting our luggage inside. This concerned us, as the Bay Area is KNOWN for car break-ins. Luckily, we saw it and threw it away, but it could have easily made us a target. More timely communication, and a more thorough clean out would easily make this a five star experience!
