We had a great experience renting Russ’s 2024 Mustang. The car was clean, well-maintained, and an absolute blast to drive throughout our trip. We did run into a small issue with a flat tire, but Russ was quick to respond to our messages and help coordinate a solution. AAA arrived promptly and got us back on the road with minimal disruption. Overall, the car was fantastic, communication was excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Russ again. Highly recommended!

The Ford Transit we booked was great for our family of 8. It was spacious and comfortable, and we traveled through the Bay Area without any issues. Fantastic car! Really kind and helpful host! Despite an arrival from SFO at nearly midnight Alan met us by the car and explained the differences between our smaller hybrid and this car and started us off perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised by the mileage. Plus, one VERY large passenger we had with us for a couple of days was thrilled by the headroom. Very easy to fit our luggage. Would definitely rent from Alan again. Would give this 10 stars if I could!

Despite the inconvenience of our trip being mistakenly canceled by Turo due to our lost card, Jason went above and beyond to help us. He found a way to help us and booked us another van just a few minutes after we reached out to him. His prompt response and helpfulness were truly commendable. Now, onto the car itself. It was a reliable and comfortable vehicle that perfectly accommodated our needs. With six adults and one child, along with about 8 pieces of luggage, everyone had ample space to move around. Overall, excellent experience. Will rent from him again!
