Great car, lots of room. A little older but in solid condition.

When we booked this van, the photos shown bear no resemblance to the van we received. The van had dents and dings all around it. The interior seats were stained and had loose parts around window button. But the worst part was the rear a/c did not blow air to rear passengers. After 2 days of messaging the owner, they had someone come to repair the a/c but dealing with this was not how we wanted to spend our short vacation.

Hello David the AC issue was fully addressed beginning of the trip. Also I understand it’s not brand new van so some wear and tear was previously communicated
The air conditioning in the car did not work. It was extremely hot and when we notified the owner there weren’t any resolutions offered. Very disappointed.

Hi Joseph. we found rear AC filter need clean and have thoroughly cleaned it to make sure the AC in the back work flawlessly
