Had a great experience renting this Tesla Model Y! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the car was perfect for my road trip. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clearly well-maintained, and even had that fresh, new-car smell without being masked by any artificial air fresheners. The Full Self-Driving feature was a huge plus and made the long drives much more enjoyable and convenient. Everything went as expected, and the overall rental experience was hassle-free. We had a great experience renting Julian’s Tesla. Communication was clear, and the car was easy to find in the parking garage. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The self-driving took a little time to figure out, even after watching the videos, but once we got the hang of it, the FSD was really impressive and fun to use. Overall, a very smooth rental experience. We’d happily rent this Tesla again the next time we’re in San Francisco.

Super smooth pickup at SFO, car was exactly where the host said and easy to find. The Model 3 was clean and comfortable, and the Full Self-Driving was excellent, honestly a must when driving around SF with the hills, traffic, and one ways. Handled freeway and city streets with no issues. Very convenient from start to finish with great communication. Would definitely rent again.

The car was in great condition, and I would definitely rent from this host again. If you are picking up the car from the airport, make sure you know how to get to Garage A or Garage G. In my experience, SFO could do a better job directing you to the garages. Also, be aware that the car has Full Self-Driving (FSD) enabled by default. Whether you purchase FSD or not, you will be charged $100 afterward if you use it. I missed this part in the rental terms. Make sure you turn it off unless you intend to purchase it. Once FSD is turned off, the Model Y does not have regular Autosteer. In my opinion, FSD is worth considering if you are renting the car for more than a week, but probably not if you are only renting it for a few days. With all that in mind, the car was great, and I would rent from the host again.

The car was in phenomenal shape. Pick up was a bit tricky, but Jason talked me through it - he even gave me use of the self-driving option for the inconvenience. Jason is an accommodating host with good communication. I would love to rent with his company again.

The Tesla was clean, drove smoothly, and was comfortable for our short and long drives. Pickup and return were easy. FSD was also a helpful feature on the longer stretches. The host Howard was very responsive and helpful throughout. Would definitely rent again!
