The directions to get on the shuttle could be clearer, also the conditions of the car had dents and scratches and they could have been more transparent about it! I added a car seat and it wasn’t installed nor did it have cup holders for my toddler to put his drinks on!

As for the shuttle instructions – we have sent you detailed instructions, but we'll review them again to ensure they're easy to follow.
