Spacious and convenient to use car, well kept and clean when I picked it up. The garage where it is located is 15 minutes from the airport by Uber but there is also a bus, very convenient. Host amazing and answered my questions immediately! I would recommend rent this car

I had to take time off work and rented this vehicle through Turo because I was dealing with a family emergency that required a significant amount of driving. The listing advertised unlimited miles, which made it seem like a good fit for my trip.
Unfortunately, as soon as I left the pickup location, the tire pressure warning light came on. I had to pull off the freeway, inspect the tires, and found a nail in one of them. This immediately delayed my trip and forced me to pay a visit to a tire shop.
After replacing the damaged tire, I asked the technician to inspect the remaining tires. He told me that three of the four tires were in such poor condition that he would not recommend driving the vehicle long distance. At that point, I no longer felt safe continuing my trip. Instead of helping my family during an emergency, I spent hours dealing with a vehicle that should never have been rented out in that condition.
I returned the car and was told I would receive a full refund because of the safety issues and the inconvenience. Instead, I only received a partial refund.
This experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely avoidable. Vehicle safety should be the top priority, and renters should not have to discover dangerously worn tires after they’ve already started their trip. I cannot recommend renting this vehicle based on my experience.
