Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up the car, no one was there to assist us, and staff had to call someone in to help. After waiting about 30 minutes, we were finally able to access the vehicle. The car was in unacceptable condition — there were crumbs, dirt, and trash throughout the interior, and the exterior was also covered in dirt. For a $400 rental, this level of cleanliness and service was extremely disappointing. We will not be using this service again.
