First time taking Turo, was a little sketched but it’s new technology. Better than standard car rental service. I’ve never driven a Tesla and it was fun and weird at the same time. Other than that, easy to use but electric cars aren’t for me as in owning. Since my Jaguar was in the shop, I wanted to see how Teslas are. Derek was communicative and great experience. Though I feel it was all an automotive system but I can’t prove that so other than that. Great experience! Would definitely do again
Amazing experience! The car was absolutely perfect and the FSD was genuinely spectacular. Everything was super smooth from start to finish — picking up the car was very easy and returning it was just as simple. Jenin was incredibly kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. Very satisfied with this Turo rental. Even though the car is from an older model year, the vehicle is still in great condition, well-maintained, and feels very solid to drive. The owner was also very friendly and fast to respond, making the whole rental process smooth and easy. The rental price was very affordable for the quality of the car.
