The car was in great condition and drove smoothly. Overall a good experience! However, waiting until the last minute for pick-up instructions created a lot of unnecessary confusion and stress for me, especially as a first-time Turo user. Even a brief overview of the general process in advance would greatly improve the guest experience. Thanks for hosting!
