The host delivered the vehicle timely and overall communication was good. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of the car seats and had to go buy a new one. The host did credit us for the car seat fee but we were still inconvenienced. Would rent again.
Car was clean, drove fantastically (first time trying a modern Bronco), and the host was communicative and cool. Dropped off the car a few hours early, sent detailed instructions/location (right across the street) and picked it up at his leisure today. Will rent again, for sure.
