Joanna’s Toyota Sienna was great for our family trip. The car drove solidly, everything seemed to work well, including automatic doors, AC, stereo, and sliding mid-row seats. I will definitely rent again if we ever need a minivan.

Mimi’s car was super clean and communication was easy for pick up and return. Very reliable and since it’s a hybrid, this vehicle does amazing with gas. Loved all of the personal touches and attention to detail, 10/10 would def rent Troopy again!
The host is absolutely wonderful! This is our‑first road trip in the US, and we’re so lucky to rent such a great car from him. The car was extremely clean with fresh‑smelling air inside. We rented it for over 30 days. The vehicle was in excellent condition, very fuel‑efficient, and drove smoothly without any issues throughout our trip.
What more could you ask for. Car was in great condition clean and mechanically sound. Tung was an accommodating host. I came alone for business but would bring my family in this far. Also great price. Thanks a lot

This was such a great vehicle and Mimi was an awesome and responsive host. Highly recommended! The car was clean, comfortable, and felt safe. We drove all around the city and into Marin County and hardly spent money on gas. The car also had some extra amenities like water, gum, charger cords, etc. Would happily rent with Mimi next time I'm in the bay area.
