Loved this car!!! Handled like a dream, light, easy, intuitive, sexy. Great sound system. Easy to charge. Easy to turn heads. Would def rent again. City was super cool and responsive and a problem solver on the spot. When I got home car fob didn’t work to restart car. He was at my house in less than 20mins with a new fob-so fast I didn’t have the chance panic about how I’d pick up my Dad in the AM. Also was super flex about drop spot that save me so much time and effort. I’m a fan. Over the top CS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
This was our first using Turo and Kyrylo made it seem less and easy! The car was in great condition super clean and was left right outside of the location we needed it. The communication was great and drop-off was also super easy. We will definitely use Turo again and if ever in San Francisco again, we will definitely use Kyrylo!
Great spacious car. Easy to drive, very comfortable. Only minor issue is mileage / premium gas requirements but beyond that its a perfect rental! Fred was a great host.

Car had some blemishes but was in good mechanical order. Upon arrival I noticed a tire needed to be changed. Victor was quick to respond and offered an alternative car promptly. Next day he dropped off the Q7. I’d definitely recommend.
