This car has alarmingly bad pickup when accelerating on the freeway or up a hill. There were times when I had the gas pedal pressed to the floor and the vehicle was still maxing out at 45 mph, very strange.
The car also felt like it was struggling to start and on the last day the battery was in fact dead. We had to cancel our plans to wait for a jump service and drove it straight to the drop off location.
I will note this was not the original vehicle we had booked, and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating in finding us a replacement vehicle in time. This Audi was a bit older and lacked some of the newer features we were seeking in the original booking: CarPlay/navigation, usb charging ports.

My apologies for the stressful experience. The battery was replaced right away. The engine sensor that caused sluggish acceleration was diagnosed and replaced the next day as well. Audis are tricky to maintain but they deliver great driving experience that's why I keep them in our fleet.
