Car was spotlessly cleaned on pick up, Gregory (host) very helpful and responsive to queries. Very economical and comfortable to drive!

Terrible service. Been a Turo member for years never had a bad experience with this app till booking with this host. Didn’t give me code or location till after my reservation started. I will never rent with them again. I never give bad reviews but this one was very personal because I was left stranded and had to cancel the reservation
This review is retaliatory and unrelated to this vehicle/trip, as the original reservation was for a different car. All pickup instructions, access codes, and location details were sent on time before the trip started. During communication, you informed us your phone was at 4% battery and later died at pickup, preventing access to the information already provided. While we understand the frustration, we had no control over your phone battery or device availability.
