I will meet you at the parking garage address with the keys upon your arrival and then bring the car up from the garage once you are here. I’ll review the car with you at this time and go over any additional questions you may have regarding your booking. I highly recommend parking in a secure garage for longer period of times you will plan to be away from the vehicle while in the city and only do street parking for short term periods spent away from the vehicle. This will help protect you, your things, and the car from unnecessary theft. Keeping that in mind, I strongly recommend not leaving things visible inside the vehicle within San Francisco; no matter what part of town you are in, it is generally not a good idea. Please notify me if there are any damages or emergencies that occur during your trip, so I can help assist you with the best resources in reach. Should you need immediate emergency access, please don’t hesitate to call 911. Please use the tools available to you as they are intended and do not remove/take accessories from the vehicle when your trip is completed. All Bridge Toll use will be requested as a reimbursed at the end of your trip, if they are not otherwise purchased for your booking in advance; you can find and add these into your trip prior to pick up under the “Extras” category. A Gas Service Fee will be charged to all bookings that don’t return the car with a full tank of gas (or otherwise to the same level gas in which it was received at initial pick up), in addition to the price of unfulfilled gas. But you can avoid this by adding in haste-free “Prepaid Refuel” option in advance, under your “Extras” options. I brief every guest during the check in process to avoid this, please return the vehicle back to the fill line to which it was given. Late Vehicle Fee will occur when late returns at the end of the trip that are unable to be modified and approved in advance. Please see Turo guidelines for more info. Over Milage Fee will occur for every mile over designated trip amount, but you can avoid this in advance by adding “Unlimited Miles” under your “Extras” options. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. You will be charged a minimum $250 Cleaning Service Fee if the interior has to be shampooed to remove the smoke damage and may be charged for additional damages such as replacement of seat covers. Animals are not permitted in the vehicle. You will be charged a minimum $150 Cleaning Service Fee for animal fur / residue, if the interior has to be shampooed to remove the damage, and may be charged for additional damages such as replacement of seat covers. Please return the vehicle in the condition you left it with. If in the case the vehicle returns with excess grime or mud on the outside and/or interior you will be charged a cleaning fee.
