I rented a Tesla Model Y and the car was spotless inside and out. Pickup and return were quick and completely hassle-free. The car drove beautifully — smooth, quiet, and with plenty of range for a full day around San Francisco. The owner was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process easy. Overall a fantastic experience — five stars, would absolutely rent again!

Elbert is a great Turo host! Communication was clear and quick. My questions were answered almost immediately. Elbert even gave me some tips to make my trip more enjoyable. The Model Y was delivered clean and in like-new condition. Zero issues with the car, and FSD was awesome to use during my California central coast road trip. There are plenty of convenient Superchargers in the area so charging was always fast and never out of the way. I highly recommend renting from Elbert.
