We had an excellent experience renting this Toyota Sienna during our trip to Kauai. The van was clean, comfortable, reliable, and had plenty of room for both passengers and luggage, making it perfect for exploring the island. The host Brent really went above and beyond by including beach gear at no extra cost, including a beach umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards. Those extras made our beach days so much more convenient and saved us from having to rent or buy equipment. Brent also provided us with a list of local food recommendations and places to eat around Kauai. We tried several of the suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was clear they genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience on the island. Overall, this was one of the best Turo experiences we've had. Great vehicle, exceptional hospitality, and outstanding local recommendations. We would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Kauai!

Renting this 4Runner for our month on Kauaʻi was an amazing experience from start to finish! The vehicle was super clean, ran perfectly, and was the ideal ride for exploring the island. The price was fantastic for a long-term rental, and pick-up/drop-off was completely seamless. Perfect car! Fit in like a local which made me feel secure if I left something in the car. The flat tire light came on intermittently, but mostly was off - I informed Robert and he replied to me quickly. Would definitely rent again

Let me start off by saying I am a first time user, and I was skeptical about the whole thing. However once I realized how easy this process is versus a typical car rental company, I may never go back. My hosts/owners were amazing every step of the way. The vehicle was in perfect condition and the additional extras (booster seat and Yeti cooler) added so much value. To end the process our flights got changed and we had to stay an extra day, and adding it to my reservation way super easy in the app and with the owners. Rad Rides Kauai are platinum super starts.

Bryan was an outstanding host from start to finish! He reached out right after we booked with helpful travel tips and made our first Turo experience incredibly easy and smooth. Unfortunately, we ended up stuck in Kauai during Hurricane Lowell. Our flights were canceled, roads were closed, and we had to unexpectedly extend our trip by two days. Bryan’s first concern was making sure our family was safe, and he was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire situation. He worked with us on the additional days and the rate, knowing we were already dealing with unexpected expenses. When gas stations were closed or just beginning to reopen, he was also completely understanding about us returning the car without refueling. He was wonderful for a family traveling with kids, even offering us a cooler, beach toys, umbrellas, and other things we might need during our stay. We were respectful of the vehicle, but also appreciated that it felt like a car our family could actually enjoy and use on vacation. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host, especially during such an unexpected and stressful situation. Bryan went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely rent from him again the next time we’re in Kauai. Highly recommend!
