Everything went great with the rental. The truck we had originally rented was not going to be available due to that rental driver being injured. Kevin was great in communicating this and offering us an alternative car which was a 2026 Subaru. We were concerned because we had a rentes a truck in order to hold surfboards and gear. Kevin made sure to include roof racks for us so we could travel with surfboards. The car had less than 800 miles on it when we got it so it was literally brand new. We will definitely rent from Turo again!
Daniel was a fabulous host right off the bat. We were stranded for a bit as we had to return another Turo early, but he allowed us to start the trip 1 hour earlier than scheduled and helped us with an expedited check in process. The car itself has great fuel efficiency and was perfect for the remainder of our trip. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent from again. Mahalo!

Is was so easy to get the car and begin our holiday compared to the standard car rental places where the wait in line to get the car and the wait for the car to be ready to leave. In the past it was never less than 45 minutes from getting on the shuttle and leaving with the car. Turo had only a brief wait for the shuttle and no wait to get the car, so easy. The car was very clean and performed well for our three weeks holiday. The return of the car was just as easy. Put in a parking spot and wait 10 minutes for the shuttle.
Curtis was a fantastic host, he was very friendly and helpful. The car pickup/drop-off location was easy to get to and his Subaru Forester was very clean and in excellant condition. I highly recommend him as an excellent host for car rental.
