This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. The Kia Carnival was brand new, spotless, and the perfect vehicle for our family trip. The convenience, comfort, and overall condition of the vehicle made traveling around the island so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided a car seat at no extra charge. It saved us the hassle of traveling with one and made our trip so much easier. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and places to visit. We actually used several of their suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was such a personal touch that made us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our vacation. What truly set this experience apart, though, was their exceptional kindness and customer service. We accidentally left sunglasses in the vehicle after we had already arrived at the airport. The host immediately messaged us, and to our surprise, drove all the way to the airport to return them before our flight. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely rent from them again!

Great, reliable car. Had apple CarPlay that was easy to hook up to. It fit our family of 5 and luggage. Great on gas mileage as well. The only hiccups only had to do with pick up and drop off and the Turo lot not having service. Was really hard to find the lock box code so maybe would be better if Host sent that in a message since you can’t access the code if you don’t have service. Other than that, no complaints and would absolutely rent this car again.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family. The Kia Sorento was perfect for exploring Kauaʻi, clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed. What truly set this experience apart were the incredible island recommendations they shared. Those tips made our trip so much better and helped us experience Kauaʻi in a more local, meaningful way. Words can’t fully express our gratitude. Perfect car for a family of 7 with luggage! Kids and older parents had no issues in and out of the van, and there is so much space for luggage. Host was exceptional - attentive, responsive, and great to work with. Highly, highly recommend Elie and this car!
