The Carnival Hybrid was very clean when picked up and was full of gas and ready to go. The pick up was very easy and Chris answered any questions I had and answered the phone everytime I called to ask a question. Van was amazing on gas mileage. I’d highly recommend this car and Chris for your transportation needs and I’d definitely rent again.

This was a new experience for me, but was very easy. The keys are in a lock box on the rolled up in the window of the car to which you receive a code to unlock. Which you use for drop off as well. Rent Panda Hawaii at Lihue airport on Kauai was very easy to communicate with. The car was clean and easy to pickup and return. I found Uber easy to use on Kauai but if you are going on a hike or one of the adventure rides that require you to drive to it, this is the way to go. The particular car the Kia Soul was small, but four seat, rear storage, good acceleration and good gas mileage, The small size is particularly useful with the small parking spots and side of the road parking in Kauai. I will be back and will be renting form this company again.

This car rental was perfect for our honeymoon trip to Kauai. Great on gas, clean, spacious, and has CarPlay so we were able to connect our Google maps and Spotify to the car easily. I also got the beach and cooler add on which was a great addition. Mona also replied quickly and was always helpful! This was an easy pick up and drop off. Great price and experience overall. Highly recommend.

The Kia Cranival was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for our luggages. Car is new and great to use for going around the island. Chris was very accomodating and communication was great. I will definitely rent again from Chris.

This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. The Kia Carnival was brand new, spotless, and the perfect vehicle for our family trip. The convenience, comfort, and overall condition of the vehicle made traveling around the island so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided a car seat at no extra charge. It saved us the hassle of traveling with one and made our trip so much easier. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and places to visit. We actually used several of their suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was such a personal touch that made us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our vacation. What truly set this experience apart, though, was their exceptional kindness and customer service. We accidentally left sunglasses in the vehicle after we had already arrived at the airport. The host immediately messaged us, and to our surprise, drove all the way to the airport to return them before our flight. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely rent from them again!
