Kia rental in Lihue, HI

The Kia Cranival was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for our luggages. Car is new and great to use for going around the island. Chris was very accomodating and communication was great. I will definitely rent again from Chris.

Everything worked great. The TURO shuttle was fine, maybe a few minutes longer than a traditional rental car check in. Our Kia was big enough for 3 adults with a lot of luggage, and it uses little gas.

Lisa is great and very responsive! Car was nice and clean! Would rent from her again! 10/10!

The Kia Sedona was a great vehicle! The interior and exterior of the car are clean and the ac is fantastic. Herman was a pleasure to do business with. We couldn't locate the code to the keybox when we returned the car and he answered our text immediately! We would definitely recommend renting from this owner!

The car worked great over the course of our trip here, but one small issue is that the seats were a little bit wet when we first got the car (would be expected since we’re in Hawaii!). Other than that, we had a great time and ran into zero issues with the car. Brian was very nice and communicative, and would definitely rent from him again! Mahalo!

This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. The Kia Carnival was brand new, spotless, and the perfect vehicle for our family trip. The convenience, comfort, and overall condition of the vehicle made traveling around the island so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided a car seat at no extra charge. It saved us the hassle of traveling with one and made our trip so much easier. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and places to visit. We actually used several of their suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was such a personal touch that made us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our vacation. What truly set this experience apart, though, was their exceptional kindness and customer service. We accidentally left sunglasses in the vehicle after we had already arrived at the airport. The host immediately messaged us, and to our surprise, drove all the way to the airport to return them before our flight. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely rent from them again!

We really enjoyed the Kia Sorrento and it was a great car for our trip. Herman was helpful when we couldn’t find the lock box code in the Turo app. For those picking up at the airport, be aware that the Turo lot is 10 minutes away from the airport. For the return to the airport, the Turo shuttle driver asked us to drop our family at the airport first and only have the driver use the shuttle. I wish those logistics had been clearer on the app, but that’s on Turo, not Herman.
