Host was excellent, car ran great. Only hiccup was the radio was a bit glitchy which the owner informed me of prior!

Pickup and return of the car were extremely smooth and easy. Mona was very communicative throughout the process. Only reason we’re giving a 4 instead of 5 is because the screen in the car was majorly malfunctioning. It seemed to have a mind of its own, randomly activating different buttons, and we couldn’t control it much at all. Also, we had to put air in one of the tires toward the beginning of the trip. Otherwise, good car that served us well.
