Everything about this trip and this car rental was amazing. It was very easy to pick up the car. The car was very clean and have a full tank of gas. I would absolutely rent a car with turtle again.
Melvin was above and beyond as a host, I highly recommend renting a car from him and his family. There was an issue with a tire, and he went out of his way to address the issue and make sure that our vacation wasn’t disrupted. I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you, Melvin. The car itself was great, drove well, clean on pickup, comfortable, well priced. When coming back to Kauai I will look to rent a car from Melvin again.
The car was clean, ran great, and the pickup location was easy to navigate. Our host James was very accommodating and helpful with my questions, and I would definitely rent the vehicle again.

The hosts were great. Car was clean and it’s easy to drive. It gets great mileage; we stayed all the way up in Princeville and didn’t even use the full tank. Perfect small car for the island.
Great car and very efficient on gas. Was clean as well. Will say it is quite small so it’s good for 2-4 people. Didn’t have no problems. A Turo van will pick up and do drop off from the airport which was so convenient.

They were friendly and communicative. We had a hard time finding a rental for only one night but they were able to accommodate us. The car is brand new and got our family around the island safely. Gas saver as well. Would definitely book thru Turtle again.
