Everything about this trip and this car rental was amazing. It was very easy to pick up the car. The car was very clean and have a full tank of gas. I would absolutely rent a car with turtle again.
Melvin was above and beyond as a host, I highly recommend renting a car from him and his family. There was an issue with a tire, and he went out of his way to address the issue and make sure that our vacation wasn’t disrupted. I couldn’t have asked for more, thank you, Melvin. The car itself was great, drove well, clean on pickup, comfortable, well priced. When coming back to Kauai I will look to rent a car from Melvin again.

There were three of us on the trip, and the car had plenty of room for us, making it extremely comfortable for driving around the island. The vehicle is brand new and still has that wonderful new-car smell, which was such a nice bonus! It was spotless inside and out and in absolutely perfect condition when we picked it up and returned it! The host was friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout the entire process, which made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and smooth pickup and return. I would absolutely rent this car again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kaua’i and looking for a clean, reliable, and comfortable vehicle with a great host.
