Turo shuttle was quick and convenient from picking up to dropping off car. Car rental personnel were easy to communicate with and car was in great shape and treated us well! Will rent again!

I had never booked with Turo before. I was really glad I did when another traveler in our group waited over 45 minutes at the car rental agency to pick up their car. it took me a few minutes to take all the pictures and get going, but it was much less than 45 min!!! I loved the Nissan Rogue. It was very comfortable and great on gas. The return was easy as well, taking pictures and putting the key in the lock box. The shuttle to the airport ran every 20-25 minutes, so I didn't have a long wait. Definitely would use them again.

Communication between us and owner was good. Directions were clear and concise. Car was in good condition and clean. Did not have to wait in a long line at the traditional car rental businesses and was an advantage to choose a model we felt comfortable driving. Returning the car was easy. We had issues uploading the pictures of the car - might have taken too many and that was the problem. Did fine with that on the return. Our biggest issue was getting on the Turo van at the airport. There is no marked “Turo” spot. The van pulled up and did not park in a designated parking spot. People made a mad dash for the van - a free for all. We didn’t make the cut even tho we were one of the first people there, and had to wait for a second van. The second van backed into a parking spot and we were able to make that ride. A good experience for our first use of Turo.

Amazing experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Nissan was a great car for exploring Kauai. I drove it for 5 days in different weather conditions — sun, rain, mountain roads — and it never let me down. The car was clean, comfortable, easy to drive, and very reliable. Everything was perfect from pick up to return. Highly recommend! Maha

Picking up the car at the turo lot was easy and the car was able to fit two full size suitcases plus a carry-on suitcase and two backpacks in the trunk. Great gas mileage and clean. Great communication. Easy to extend our trip a half hour due to flight changes and allowed us to turn the car back in a little bit later than planned. Overall a great experience and would rent from again.

I rented a Nissan for my trip and everything was perfectly fine. The car was in great condition, the pickup process was smooth, and I was especially surprised by how low the fuel consumption was, which was a big plus. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely rent again.

Pretty easy way to rent a car in Kauai. The owner of the car Richard was great. He was very clear with messaging and made sure everything was ok. He went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience... and it was! Car performed well and it was easy to explore the entire island. The next time I'm in Kauai, I will rent with Richard again.

Excellent experience and so easy! Will was a fantastic host who answered my questions on how to make a change in pick up time to adding additional drivers. The car was super clean and perfect running order. The chairs, snorkels, cooler and umbrella were used every day! Will welcomed us on arrival via the turo app and promptly answered any questions while we were here. Bonus was the guide book and recommendations in the console!

This car was great. We drove around the island and still only used half a tank of gas. The AC was great, lights worked perfectly, and the car ride was smooth. Only downside was that there was no navigation that came onto the car screen, so i had to keep looking at the phone for directions. Aside from that I would definitely rent this car again!
