Kacy’s car was exceptionally clean for us. We took it from Poipu up into Waimea Canyon then up to Kilauea, and a day trip to Ha’ena to hike the 2-mile trail to the beach. And then back to Lihue area to return home… unfortunately. Jacy was responsive and professional, thank you!

Guest expected me to drive 20 minutes each way to return HIS snorkel gear that HE didn’t return before he left the island..
Very entitled and ungrateful of you. When i returned the snorkel gear to your friend.
