Great car, difficult to access. They don’t tell you about needing to leave the airport, and if you have young kids, you have to leave them at the airport with an adult while you drive 10 mins to the pickup spot. And their are way to many text messages from the host beforehand, and they are all automated, so it’s or very personal.
We cannot control that our airport does not allow turo. We just do the best we can with an unfortunate situation. Also most people that rent online. Want to get all the information. We message you a bunch to make sure you have all the information you possibly need. Most guests prefer it that way. Mahalo for your business.
