They were waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and picked us up at the curb, which made everything SO much easier than trying to rent a car from the car rental center.

Overall rental process was very smooth.

I travel to Kauai frequently and the experience Lauren provides is unmatched from any of the other Turo hosts I’ve rented from and all of the major rental car companies. This Jeep has got to be the best you can rent on this island. The power roof is the coolest feature. It’s a convertible and a Jeep! Every time I come to Kauai I’ll rent from Lauren! Best experience ever!

This was a great experience for us. Very simple, straight forward, efficient. No waiting around for the rental car process. Clear instructions, location were left for us. The Tahoe was super clean, nice, everything worked like a dream. It was left super close to baggage claim. Great communication. The best part was a lack of surprises. 5 star service for sure!

Great experience with this Jeep. It was ready on time and was exactly as it looks in the pictures. The check engine light was on when we got it, but we had no issues on our trip. Great 4x4 for exploring the island and enjoying the beaches. The extra yeti cooler was a perfect addition for enjoying snacks and drinks during the drives. I’d definitely rent this Jeep again.

Great car - very well maintained and a comfortable ride. Very easy pickup and drop off. FYI - do not plan to carry more than a backpack to pickup the car (I would suggest sending one person ahead for the short walk across the street to get the car and returning to pick up luggage if you have lots).

Car was clean and is easy to access from LIH airport with the shuttle. Host was very organized and offers a lot of extras like child seats to have a seamless, all-inclusive travel experience. Highly recommended.

Great rental for the island, Land Rover was in great condition and had a huge gas tank making it nice to not worry about refilling more than once. Never saw another car like in on during our stay. Would definitely rent this again.

This car was everything and more I could have imagined! If you have a large family do yourself a favor and book this car! Me and my family of 8 felt so comfortable and luxurious riding around town in Kauai in this car! This car was big enough to accommodate my large family and most important alllllll our luggage!
