This was by far one of the best Turo experiences we’ve had. The Kia Carnival was brand new, spotless, and the perfect vehicle for our family trip. The convenience, comfort, and overall condition of the vehicle made traveling around the island so enjoyable.
One of the things we appreciated most was that the host provided a car seat at no extra charge. It saved us the hassle of traveling with one and made our trip so much easier.
The hosts also went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful guide with recommendations for restaurants, local attractions, and places to visit. We actually used several of their suggestions, and they were fantastic. It was such a personal touch that made us feel welcomed and helped us make the most of our vacation.
What truly set this experience apart, though, was their exceptional kindness and customer service. We accidentally left sunglasses in the vehicle after we had already arrived at the airport. The host immediately messaged us, and to our surprise, drove all the way to the airport to return them before our flight. That level of thoughtfulness and generosity was completely unexpected and incredibly appreciated.
If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable vehicle and hosts who genuinely care about their guests, I can’t recommend them highly enough. We would absolutely rent from them again!
