This is our first Turo experience. The communication was great, the process was easy and the off airport lot was close with great shuttle service.
The car was clean, ran great and was a perfect car for our family. Will absolutely use Turo again. The only way to go on Kauai!!!

Everything went great with the rental. The truck we had originally rented was not going to be available due to that rental driver being injured. Kevin was great in communicating this and offering us an alternative car which was a 2026 Subaru. We were concerned because we had a rentes a truck in order to hold surfboards and gear. Kevin made sure to include roof racks for us so we could travel with surfboards. The car had less than 800 miles on it when we got it so it was literally brand new. We will definitely rent from Turo again!
