Jamie did not send me the car location or lockbox code 24 hours before my trip as required. After arriving in the Turo parking lot, I attempted to contact Jamie through text message, but he did not respond. After waiting 30 minutes I called the Toro helpline and as I was talking to them, Jamie sent the lockbox code.
The car had exterior damage and Jamie had not uploaded pictures of the car’s condition before my trip. I took pictures and uploaded onto Turo app. Also, the interior had not been vacuumed.
The car ran well and all of the accessories worked. I would not use Jamie as a host again.

It was dirty - and the service light was on and the tires were flat ish and the tire lights were on.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
