Jaime was spectacular! I needed a car last minute literally booked it 2hrs before needing it and she immediately messaged me the stall and lock code. Hands down exceptional response. Vehicle was great condition and I’ll rent her vehicles again

Car was fine. The host said they would send the lock box code an hour before the time we reserved the car for, however they did not send it until 20 minutes into our reservation. I messaged 15 minutes after we were originally supposed to get the code and then called about 10 minutes after the reservation started, both with no response from the host.

The car came in muddy/dirty in the front area which I assumed due to the rain. Other than that, the vehicle was good to drive.
