Bryan was an outstanding host from start to finish! He reached out right after we booked with helpful travel tips and made our first Turo experience incredibly easy and smooth.
Unfortunately, we ended up stuck in Kauai during Hurricane Lowell. Our flights were canceled, roads were closed, and we had to unexpectedly extend our trip by two days. Bryan’s first concern was making sure our family was safe, and he was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire situation. He worked with us on the additional days and the rate, knowing we were already dealing with unexpected expenses. When gas stations were closed or just beginning to reopen, he was also completely understanding about us returning the car without refueling.
He was wonderful for a family traveling with kids, even offering us a cooler, beach toys, umbrellas, and other things we might need during our stay. We were respectful of the vehicle, but also appreciated that it felt like a car our family could actually enjoy and use on vacation.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better host, especially during such an unexpected and stressful situation. Bryan went above and beyond for us, and we would absolutely rent from him again the next time we’re in Kauai. Highly recommend!

Bryan was absolutely incredible! He was incredibly accommodating and had all sorts of equipment for the beach and our kids. He had a car seat installed and ready for our daughter when we arrived. He also sent a list of cool activities and experiences that made our trip so much fun. I wish we could use Bryan for every vacation but when we do come back to Kauai, we’ll definitely be booking with him. 10/10 would recommend every time! Mahalo Bryan! Until we meet again!
