The car was in very good condition, and communication with Crystal was excellent. If I were to rent a car again, I would definitely do so.

Overall, this rental was okay but had several frustrating issues.
The pick up and drop off process was inconvenient and not clearly described in the listing. After booking, we were informed about a free shuttle, but it didn’t start early enough to get us to the airport on time. We asked to return the car the night before to work around this, but the host declined and said they couldn’t accommodate anything shorter than five days.
The vehicle itself had a few problems that were not disclosed. The sunroof was inoperable, the host told us after we were in the vehicle. Also, the brake pads are in urgent need of replacement. We notified the host.
That said, the host did communicate quickly, and the car did get us where we needed to go.
