The car is OK, but the steer is a little bit loose, pick up and drop off location is the best where is after we depart from the ship, the only thing is not convenience for us that is the host requests we need to vacuum inside the car before returning.

The car is in perfect condition!! We have them checked constantly. They weren’t communicative at all. There were6 of them and we wanted them to respect the car. We are five star hosts and always have the clients interests at heart. Mahalo

Overall great host but a little too much texting /calling involved, that hinder from us enjoying parts of our vacation. They were very understanding to our misunderstanding and they are very polite. Also the back middle seat had no visible buckle, a funny noise when starting vehicle and driving.

He did the 1 thing that we tell everyone first-no Polihale beach. There is no cell service there! Everyone gets stuck in the sand & has to be towed! He went there & we told them in the text 1# no one this Island lets their vehicles go to polihale beach (it ruins our vehicles!) & he did even though we told him not to - he said he didn’t read it. How can you not read the text under the Turo app!? We communicated w him like we do all our clients! We want them to have a good time but be aware:)
