Jeep rental in Grapevine, TX

We recently rented a Jeep Wrangler though Turo from LA Auto Spot, ans the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The pickup and drop-off process was seamless, convenient and extremely well organized. The Jeep was in perfect condition , clean, well maintained, exactly as described. Throughout our trip, customer service was highly responsive and always available to assist with any questions or concerns we had. Their communication was prompt, professional, and made the rental process stress free. One of the best parts of the experience was not having to wait in line for check-in or deal with the delays often associated with the traditional rental car companies. The convenience and efficiency of the process made out trip that much more enjoyable. Thanks to the excellent service and hassle-free experience, we would gladly use Turo and LA Auto Spot again in the near future. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient car rental experience.

Excellent host. Responsive, accommodating, and friendly. The car a Grand Jeep Wagoneer - was awesome. Like new, feature-filled, fun to drive. I will definitely rent this car again! Pickup and dropoff at long term lot was easy.

I had a fantastic experience renting from Louise Enterprise LLC! It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Phyllis. She was friendly, professional, accommodating, and extremely easy to work with from start to finish. I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and the vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and great on gas. A full tank showed around 530 miles of range, which was perfect for my trip. The entire rental experience was smooth and hassle-free. I would absolutely rent from Phyllis again and highly recommend Louise Enterprise LLC to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable vehicle and excellent customer service. Thank you again, Phyllis! I really appreciate everything and look forward to renting from you again in the future!

Great host. Great car. Everything was super easy and as described, I would definitely rent this car again. Thank you!

Great car, fantastic host. Herman was very communicative and helpful throughout. Would absolutely rent again.

When we first arrived, the car had a distinct cigarette smell. The host assured us that no one had used the car after it was ozoned, which had been done before our reservation. Apart from that, I’m giving this rental a perfect 5-star rating. The car was incredibly smooth and reliable, with no issues whatsoever. It comfortably accommodated our family. The host was highly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The drop-off and pickup were incredibly simple and easy to find or leave. I would definitely choose to rent from this company again in the future.

Chaz’s Jeep was fantastic! It was spotlessly clean. Very well maintained. It even smells like a new car. Chaz is awesome; very friendly and responsive.

Host was very accommodating when I realized I had messed up our reservation time. The car was in great condition. Lots of space. Clean.

This car was great. Perfect for my trip to see my family and excellent for toting around my niece and nephews all under 10. The floor covers and leather seats made for easy clean up after the kids and the little one ESPECIALLY loved “Aunt Keri’s COOOOOOOOOOL white Jeep”!!

Great hosts. Easy communication. Great Jeep for a fellow Jeeper. Thanks again!
