The car itself was great; brand new, spacious, and easy to locate.
However, I reserved and paid for two car seats, but when we arrived at the vehicle, only one was provided. What made this especially frustrating was that I had messaged the host while we were still on the plane specifically to confirm that both car seats were in the vehicle. Despite that confirmation, we arrived with two young children and only one safety seat.
This is not an amenity that can simply be forgotten or sorted out later. A car seat is a critical safety item, and as parents traveling with children, we relied on the reservation being fulfilled as booked. We could not safely leave the airport without a second seat, and I did not have time to wait while the hosts tried to figure out what happened. I ultimately had to purchase another car seat myself just so we could continue our trip.
The vehicle was excellent, but I paid in advance for child safety equipment and went out of my way to confirm it before arrival, these are details that simply cannot be missed. This put us in an unnecessarily stressful and unacceptable situation at the very start of our trip.
I was refunded for the rental of the car seat itself, but I had to purchase a much more expensive seat and didn't have the means to take it with us, so I had to leave it in the car.

The truck was very nice, clean, and comfortable. However, I specifically chose it because a booster seat was listed as an add-on. I paid for it and confirmed it beforehand, only to find out the day of pickup that it wasn’t available. I was refunded, but had to purchase a car seat myself while on vacation.
Also, the 300-mile limit may not be ideal if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing, especially when activities are 30–40 miles apart. Overall, nice vehicle, but definitely confirm add-ons and consider your mileage needs.

The car was absolutely phenomenal. It has a ton of room for families. It was very easy to pick up and very easy to drop off. Carre has all the bells and whistles. We will definitely use this vote again.
