Honda rental in Grapevine, TX

The host provided excellent communication. He explained how to get to the peer to peer lot to pick up the car. The car was in excellent condition and we really enjoyed driving it. When we were returning the car, he offered for us to meet him by his home and he would drop us off at the airport. That was such a kind gesture, since I use a rollator to be able to walk longer distances. I would definitely rent a car from this host again in the future.

If you are considering Dallas area I suggest this car and host.. He is excellent and was expedient to answer in everything we needed.. I never felt ignored. This car is smooth and definitely will make you want a Honda civic🤣This was our first time using Turo and it was fast with excellent support and instructions.. Excellent car for the price! My only complaint (and it’s not enough to take off one star) is that communication was a difficulty twice during the trip. Once, we got to the car, the host forgot to send us the link to be able to have the car remotely opened. This left us stranded next to our car for about five minutes until I was able to get a hold of the host. When it was time for return, return instructions were not sent. In both situations, the host ended up fixing things quickly. But just a word of caution for those who rent from them. But without a doubt, I would not hesitate to use this host again!

Excellent host responsiveness. Car worked great. I did have to add air to one of the tires. And the key fob may need a new batt. Mid row chair advance wasn’t working. But we managed. Would rent again.

Beautiful car that drove super smoothly. Pickup and drop off at the airport was quick and easy. Great family car to have. There were 8 of us and everyone was able to fit comfortably in the car. If you need a minivan I highly recommend this one. Will definitely rent it next time I’m in Dallas with family.

The minivan was perfect for our group and very comfortable. We had great communication and directions for finding the van. We will rent this van for future trips.
