When we first arrived, the car had a distinct cigarette smell. The host assured us that no one had used the car after it was ozoned, which had been done before our reservation. Apart from that, I’m giving this rental a perfect 5-star rating. The car was incredibly smooth and reliable, with no issues whatsoever. It comfortably accommodated our family. The host was highly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. The drop-off and pickup were incredibly simple and easy to find or leave. I would definitely choose to rent from this company again in the future.

I rented a 2022 Chevrolet Equinox through Turo and had a great experience. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. It drove smoothly, had plenty of room for passengers and luggage, and was very fuel-efficient throughout the trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process simple and stress-free. Pickup and return were both quick and convenient, and everything was exactly as described. Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. The Equinox was reliable, comfortable, and perfect for my needs. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to future renters.

Perfect family hauler – smooth, quiet, and surprisingly easy to live with. We rented this 2019 BMW X7 for a 4‑day family trip out of DFW and it was absolutely the right call. The dark blue exterior with the unique white and navy interior feels genuinely special in person, not like every other big SUV at the airport. Space‑wise, it punched above its weight. We had 7 adults, the tallest around 6 feet, and everyone had tons of room. The third row is one of the most spacious I’ve seen outside of an Escalade, and we still had room for backpacks and shopping bags without feeling cramped. The biggest standout was the air‑ride suspension and overall comfort. The ride was incredibly smooth and whisper‑quiet, and the driver assistance package made the mix of highway and downtown driving feel easy instead of exhausting. Over roughly 600 miles we averaged around 22 mpg, which is solid for a three‑row luxury SUV doing a mix of city and highway. For something this big, it was shockingly simple to park and maneuver. The surround cameras and sensors make tight parking lots and narrow toll booths a non‑issue, and the toll pass on the windshield made getting around even smoother. Tech‑wise, Apple CarPlay and the BMW system were super intuitive. One wireless charger up front was convenient, and there are USB‑C ports everywhere, so everyone could keep devices charged. The little comfort details really stood out in Texas heat: ventilated seats and cooled drink storage made long drives way more enjoyable. The vehicle was spotless at pickup—easily a 10/10 for cleanliness and overall condition. One small but telling detail: it was on a full matching set of high‑end Continental DWS6 tires, which is not always the case on rentals and gave us extra confidence on the road. Overall, this X7 was the perfect family hauler for our trip—luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and genuinely easy to drive and park. We’d absolutely rent this one again.

Our first turo experience was great. The car was reliable and PERFECT for hauling luggage. We fit a full size suit case, four carry on cases , three backpacks, and 3 gallons of drinking water in the cargo area. WITH the seats reclined it was snug but easily doable with the right configuration. We absolutely suggest this particular vehicle for family trips and Tasha’s group did such a superb job of making it a seamless pickup. They thought of everything from articulate instructions with photos to the exact return address for the map. The Apple map has you enter the wrong parking lot on return at the Dallas Fort Worth location. If you see a ticket booth for rental cars, you turned right one lot too soon. Tasha points that out in the return instructions so we knew to watch out for that. Turn around, turn right and go further down the road to the next right hand turn onto a sketchy looking road with orange “cones” leading you back to the turo parking lot you picked up from. Maybe they can add that bit of info with a picture of what the road to the turo lot will look like, to make drop off more seamless. :) We really researched what vehicle would best meet our needs traveling to San Antonio to the beach as well as a few more stops before returning to Dallas and the Hyundai Tucson delivered!! We will rent this vehicle from Tasha when we return. Far better experience than when we rented a car from the Houston airport previously. We will always use Turo here on out. The only slight negative was that there was no washer fluid, we refilled it but it appears to have a leak as it was low again two days later.

Vehicle, it's great for family trip. But if you are used to a smaller SUV with smiley, that isn't too fat, not want to reconsister. The larger suburban does take a lot of gas, but it's the perfect vehicle. The coast was perfect, very warm halle.Suggest

Christian and Junior were overall great hosts. The instructions were clear throughout. I requested 2 car seats and they confirmed them the day before as promised. They weren’t brand new but they did the job. I had 2 issues with the car but still am leaving a 5 star review. First the driver side rear door had a seatbelt that would not connect to the buckle no matter what I tried. The other 4 seatbelts worked fine. Luckily I was able to work around this for the car seat using the latch system instead of the seat. The other issue was the child safety lock was not working. I pressed the button on the driver side, the green light turned on to show it was engaged, but both my children could still open the rear doors from inside. Perhaps it was operator (me) error but I think I did it right. All the way through Christian and team were responsive so I felt supported. I feel confident they will address these issues before the next customers use it.

Amazing car—honestly felt right at home driving it. I’ll definitely be back and would rent this car again without hesitation. The host was incredibly accommodating, informative, and overall a pleasure to deal with. The pickup process was a little hectic at first, but now that I understand how it works, it’ll be much easier next time. Overall, this experience with Turo was way better than the typical rental counter. Just be sure to give your self enough time to get back to the bus terminals Thank you again—I’ll be back soon!

Very convenient! Host was very helpful before, during, and after trip. SUV was a solid ride - interior had some blemishes/stains from old trips but the interior itself was very clean so I wasn't worried. Instructions for pickup and drop-off were very clear. Would 100% rent from them again!

Car was great and clean and host was responsive. The new DFW parking situation really sucks though. It’s an open lot detached from the rental car center and the directions to get there are confusing. I had to pull my luggage through grass and bus lanes to make it over there 😅 and then when I dropped the car it was torrential rain so I got absolutely soaked running from the lot back to the rental car bus. No fault of the host but worth mentioning. I was so glad I didn’t have my kids with me this trip.
