Kia rental in Grapevine, TX

Great car and great experience. It was all very easy. I would rent from this person again next time I'm in DFW. Thanks!

Great car!, host was responsive, helpful and flexible. I’d rent again!

Overall this was a great experience. Henry was responsive from my initial contact ahead of my arrival, through the last day of renting the vehicle. The minivan was in great shape. I would rent from Henry again if a larger vehicle is needed.

Car was clean smelled great, drove well, the company was very responsive and very helpful. I would highly recommend this service over other car rental options. Well done, guys!!!

The rental was easy and fairly simple. I didn’t like the drop off location which was different from the pick up. I had to walk to the car rental center which is not a long walk. But, it’s no sidewalk and it was late when I drop the car off alone. And, I don’t think it’s fair to be charge for insurance for 2 days when I only rented for 1. I tried to rent it for exactly 24 hours and it made me extend an extra hour. I guess to put me over a day. Plus for the amount I paid for one day I’ve paid that amount for a few days or more with other rentals. True I had to pay a deposit with them, but it was returned to me afterwards.

I enjoyed my ride and the service was amazing. The drive is smooth and comfortable. I will rent this car again.

Car was amazing! Service was awesome! Recommend their friendliness! Rent the car for a week I loved it no problems at all and gas was very affordable.

Fantastic quality car and immensely helpful communication with prompt responses when inquired, would absolutely rent from them again!

Great car, super clean and drives well. Would definitely rent again. Thank you

The car was really nice and clean, drove really smoothly and worked great! The only negative I would say is that this is not nearly as simple as I've done Turo in the past at other airports. The parking lot is super far from the airport and required a very long shuttle ride and a sweaty walk with a newborn and a bunch of stuff. I didn't realize it was that far. The path from the rental car center to the parking lot is also not lit so as a woman walking alone I do not feel safe. It's very dark. I just think all of that should be communicated in the listings at DFW

Everything with the car went smooth. The specific instructions on how to get to the lot were very clear. The car rides nice. Would definitely rent again.

The owner left clear instructions on getting to the car making it easy to get to. The suv was in great condition and did not have any issues. Owner was great to work with and gave very helpful info.

We had a great experience with this Turo rental. The service was excellent, and the host responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We had a flat tire during the rental period, but they gave us another car in no time and took care of the tire issue right away. Because of their quick support, we never felt inconvenienced by the flat tire during our trip. This was the best value for the price, and we would definitely rent again!

I had the opportunity to drive a Kia Soul as a rental while my vehicle was being repaired, and I was pleasantly surprised by how dependable it was. The car was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive, making my daily commute and errands stress-free. It had great fuel economy, responsive handling, and plenty of interior space for everything I needed. Most importantly, the Kia Soul was reliable throughout the entire rental period, giving me peace of mind while my own vehicle was in the shop. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and dependable vehicle.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Experience! Dia was an absolutely WONDERFUL HOST! 🌟 From start to finish, she was incredibly ACCOMMODATING, UNDERSTANDING, and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout my trip. 📲🙌 I rented her Kia while visiting my son in the DFW AREA, and the car was perfect for the week. 🚗✨ It ran SMOOTH, handled beautifully, and the FUEL RANGE PER TANK WAS VERY REASONABLE ⛽️—a huge plus when you’re bouncing around Texas. Pick-up and drop-off were easy, stress-free, and well-organized. Dia truly made the whole experience as seamless as possible. Thank you again, Dia, for providing such a GREAT CAR and top-notch hospitality. I’d definitely rent from you again! 🙏😊🌵✈️

Pick up and drop off was very easy. Car was beautifully kept and drove with no problems. For the price I can’t recommend this enough. I’ll never go to a car rental place again.

Car was perfect! It drove great and the AC was the best! I would rent again!

Host was amazing. Communication was excellent. Car is great in gas. Will definitely rent again when/if needed.
