Kia rental in Grapevine, TX

We had a great experience with this Turo rental. The service was excellent, and the host responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Thank you so much for making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We had a flat tire during the rental period, but they gave us another car in no time and took care of the tire issue right away. Because of their quick support, we never felt inconvenienced by the flat tire during our trip. This was the best value for the price, and we would definitely rent again!

I had the opportunity to drive a Kia Soul as a rental while my vehicle was being repaired, and I was pleasantly surprised by how dependable it was. The car was clean, comfortable, and easy to drive, making my daily commute and errands stress-free. It had great fuel economy, responsive handling, and plenty of interior space for everything I needed. Most importantly, the Kia Soul was reliable throughout the entire rental period, giving me peace of mind while my own vehicle was in the shop. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a practical, comfortable, and dependable vehicle.

We had a great experience overall! The car drove smoothly, was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of storage space for all of our luggage during our trip. We did have a minor issue with one of the tires, but it was an easy fix and didn’t take away from the overall experience. The host was great, and I would definitely rent from them again.

The rental was easy and fairly simple. I didn’t like the drop off location which was different from the pick up. I had to walk to the car rental center which is not a long walk. But, it’s no sidewalk and it was late when I drop the car off alone. And, I don’t think it’s fair to be charge for insurance for 2 days when I only rented for 1. I tried to rent it for exactly 24 hours and it made me extend an extra hour. I guess to put me over a day. Plus for the amount I paid for one day I’ve paid that amount for a few days or more with other rentals. True I had to pay a deposit with them, but it was returned to me afterwards.

The car was pristine as it was brand new and it was very easy to find. I was able to easily add an additional driver. The car was as described and full of gas. The process was much easier than renting a car through traditional rental companies , which I really liked. It was also nice to be able to pick the exact car I wanted. The owner was communicative and there were no hidden fees. I would definitely rent from them again!

Pick up and drop off was very easy. Car was beautifully kept and drove with no problems. For the price I can’t recommend this enough. I’ll never go to a car rental place again.
